Craig (Smiley) Upton

 

Mr. Upton to most of us, Craig is a human being that is capable, let’s say, of going rather fast on a bicycle. Fast enough to be a European professional rider for about five years. He’s so fast in fact that other people noticed and said, ‘Hey Craig, help me get fast like you.’ So this software engineer and holder of an MBA from Wellington, New Zealand started a business fitting, coaching, testing and doing whatever it takes to make people fast. Working as an adjunct to the Above Category HQ here in Mill Valley, Craig can be found fitting and coaching both racers and riders that just want to improve form. If you’re coming to see Mr. Upton don’t bring any coffee other than an espresso (Mr. Upton says “macchiato is for girls”).
