Described alternately as the “glue that holds everyone together” and a “relentless instigator,” Woody manages the shop with sincere empathy and a wry wit. Blame it on his upbringing (he grew up on a houseboat in Sausalito), or his recent transition into fatherhood, but Woody never stops searching for the next chance to prank. One day he’s stitching custom upholstery from discarded wheelbags, and the next he’s telling customers that carbon fiber has been banned in competition. But seriously, Woody is the man behind the curtain, and often in front of it too, placing orders, taking orders, and making sure every customer leaving Above Category has exactly what they need.
